Lost account password, need help.

Hi, I'm asking for a friend here.

My friend with the account (MacReturned) lost his password and forgot his verification email. He says he remembers his old password before he changed it but can't remember the new one. He is worried that he might not be trusted. He said he can prove it by giving his old password and his most commonly used nickname in ToS. Can an admin help him please? If it's possible he'd like to talk to an admin through PMs (private messages).

Also here's proof that I'm his friend.

please note that a user has to provide a proof ownership of their account in order to be helped with. The best proof would be to have still access to their e-mailaddress that they created the account with, or access to a linked service (Steam or Facebook), if thats done. Additionally would receipts of purchases count as sufficient proof as well.
Passwords to an account does not suffice as enough proof and the commonly chosen name ingame is public info, so this would not suffice either.

The process of getting that account fixed would be to message support@blankmediagames.zendesk.com to get this sorted out, but the proof ahs to be provided, otherwise you cannot be helped.

Oh ok then, may I know which email is linked to this account? He forgot the email and has tried many emails of his but none of them was the one. For privacy, please sensor some letters in between but try to make it identifiable

OMG, GOOD NEWS. I FOUND MY ACCOUNT BACK. SUDDENLY REMEMBERED THE PASSWORD.

I was literally so scared that I would've lost my account there... Holy moly macaroni. Glad to be back. thanks to @amazinghom for trying to help
