Town Traitor final count down

So during the final count down there are 3 day phases.

At the end of the third day phase the jailor is able to exe in the final night phase (unsure if this is a bug), but I do not believe a vigi or a ret with a vigi in the graveyard get to use the final night phase.

Is this intentional? And why?

Should get stronger evidence for this, since it's the point of your question.

I've never seen it come up, because Vigilantes usually shoot early in the countdown.

I had just had game as ret with an unused vigi in graveyard which ended before the night phase started. I didn't think of taking a screen shot until after I had left game when I thought somthing similar as a vigilante had happened before. If it comes up again I will.
