Arsonist Buff

Just came up with the idea of killing the Jailor if one of the ignited people is jailed. I believe this is a great buff that doesn't necessarily uncover the Arsonist, while also killing the jailor, amping his chances of winning.

Arso can already douse and ignite Jailor without much hassle.

...and trying to catch the Jailor jailing a doused player when you ignite sounds too unreliable to me; the Arsonist will be better off dousing the Jailor anyway.

It should not be meant to be used as a way to kill the Jailor, rather, a way to make Arsonist capable of killing the Jailor without ever being caught by a LO. In the current Jailor TPLO meta it's far too hard to get away by having visited the Jailor only once.
