Unable to change my Scrolls as of late.

Postby an9rypen9uin456 » Tue Feb 04, 2020 10:13 am

Simply shows a Loading bar for a moment, then it disappears and nothing happens. Sometimes it takes longer, like it's doing something, but still doesn't work. Cleared my cache already, didn't change anything. Anybody know what to do for this?

Kind of hard to get one, as the loading screen is gone immediately after clicking it. To describe the situation, there have been multiple instances where, when i am in the customize screen, i will go to click on my scrolls, to enter the menu to change it, but nothing happens when i click it. i get a loading screen, but the menu never appears.

Which client are you using?

with client I meant of you were using the web, steam or mobile client to acess the game. Based on your reply I take you are using the web client.
I cannot reproduce the situation with the webclient. Have you tried to change the browser, or cleared your browsers cache?

I have tried clearing my Browser's cache multiple times, it never seemed to change anything. I also have the maximum amount of every scroll, and being unable to change them kinda sucks. I also tried 2 other browsers, but i couldn't even make it past the Captcha check for either of them.

Which browsers did you use? Were they all "based" on chrome?
Are you currently using the latest version of Flash?
Which scrolls do you have equipped?

The scrolls i am currently using include GF, Jugg and CL.
Yes, my flash is up to date.
I have used Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. The last 2 i couldn't even get to the login screen, was stopped at the Captcha for all eternity.

Edit: Internet Explorer, meaning the *old* version of it.Not Microsoft Edge, Literally Internet Explorer.

I personally was unsuccessful in even logging in on Firefox, and even when i did, it seems that i still can't change my scrolls. I have 32 of every scroll, besides the ones i've used. I think by now i have about 27 GF scrolls, 31 Jugg scrolls, and 30 CL scrolls. Those are the 3 i have equipped. Maybe the specific combination of scrolls has something to do with it?
