So, Here's a cool suggestion you should be able to be paid to be unbanned, If you reached 4 reports, (Excluding pedophil) like a tier system, It removes X amount of reports on your account, You pay X dollars for first strike, get 1/2 more strikes= Cost more $ then after 3rd strike=out. (Must make new acc/cant continue) I feel this would be a good idea for the company since both the company and the playerbase wins. Company makes more $ by selling unbans, (Keeping a loyl fan base) And the playerbase keeps there original items (Considering they follow the rules) What you think? I think alot of players would purchase a unban if it means keeping there progress.

In most cases people can already see a perm ban coming up from a mile away. If it gets to that point, I don't see why they should have to get their account back, when they can just pay for a new premium account. The point of a ban is that it's supposed to hurt, and in my opinion, some people have enough money to make just re-purchasing not hurt as bad as losing their actual account.
