Unless you mean vig thing in which I'd note there are no framers making the counter wagon an obvious TI choice. Assuming a TI went that way it's okay for a PC but screws a cop. I'd prefer a lo/ tracker though

It also wastes one of two kills that can be better used later while simultaneously screwing us out of a ml and helping scum. The risk vs reward isn't great
