FPS Drops while Chat Log is Toggled On

Hello,

I noticed there is an FPS drop from constant 60 to 20~40 while Chat Log is toggled on. Number of FPS instantly drops/restores when Chat Log is toggled on/off. I used Steam's client and Radeon Adrenaline software to track FPS count.

I have tried different versions of AMD Radeon, no help
