Why is that?
I heard that in SK Vs. Godfather, SK wins. Why does Executioner matter? Or is it up to the Executioner to be the deciding vote to win?

The stalemate detector only gets triggered when there are two players alive and their roles match a predefined matchup, when there are more players, it won't be triggered as voting is a thing.
