People already see Outlaws as Devils, if I dance with one I'm just asking to get killed

No, Yes and per dinner phase.
Edit: Made some changes to Barbarian to better reflect the appropriate wording.

So this has opened a can of worms - I actually don't know how you guys have been treating Barbarian.
I've reworded him to how I IMAGINED it working and how I recall it working, but the change from public to private has left me a little confused.
Oh
Well the barbarian has been changed a lot. I use a modified version of this but most people use this.
Now they start off with 0 intimidations and they are now chargeable. He gets 1 intimidate per challenge won up to a maximum of 3. He can use a charge per dinner phase to intimidate a player. Intimidated players cannot challenge but must accept all challenges made against them. Only the Barbarian and intimidated target know they are intimidated.
No announcement is made of who is intimidated. They must nochallenge and accept all challenges. If they challenge or deny, then their action fails and it is revealed that they were intimidated to explain why the action failed.

With everyone's approval I'd like to adopt these rules before we go any further, as no challenges have taken place yet.

Barbarian
You are a Barbarian!
Across the land, your name is whispered in fearful corners and shouted from the peaks of mountains. Mighty conquerors seek mighty trophies, and the Palace is certainly a worthy trophy.
After winning a duel, gain an intimidate charge up to a maximum of 3 at a time.
During the dinner phase, you may expend any number of charges to intimidate an equal number of players. PM the moderator to use this power.
Intimidation is not announced publicly, only the victim and the Barbarian will know.
Intimidated players cannot challenge, and must accept all challenges presented to them for that challenge phase.
If an intimidated player breaks this rule, the intimidation will be publicly revealed and will be forced to adopt said rules.
