On Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro
Game version: 3.0.23
I left the mobile app to check messages and the game displayed only the name screen. Audio cues were still playing, and chat was showing up. I think it's just a display issue.

This seems to be a loading error then. Backgrounding of apps are quite unpredictable.
