Can't buy special offers?

Everytime a juicy special offer appears in my screen(mobile) I go and press buy but a message appears saying "Store has not been initialized yet" and doesn't let me buy the offer
But when I go to the in-store of the app it does work but it will not be a special offer anymore and will cost more
And I do have all my information and payments options already set up, using Android by the way
Is there a way this could be fixed?

This is an odd case. I have usually seen this with the normal shop, instead of offers in the repors. Thanks for pointing that out.
Do oyu possibly have a screenshot to share?
