I just did that one more time to be sure: it's the same result with using both WiFi and mobile data, I tried using them at the same time and using them separated => no results. I've seen a post recently saying that might be the App Anti-Flood system which is blocking almost every ip from connecting to the servers, I don't know if it's true, but if it is, then you should uninstall that because you got a lot of bad reviews on Google Play because of this error, so it's a common issue. We're trying to give you as much info as we can but...the only thing we know is: we run the app, it loads to 8% and then it errors.
