Purchased mobile Coven - Not activating

Hi! Sorry to hear that your Coven purchase is acting up. Here are the steps to follow:

Now I bought it on Steam and it works. Is there a way to make a refund request for this one?

Please follow the instructions provided by Shelboo above by emailing the Developers. Unfortunately I cannot give you an estimate of when they will respond to you. Apparently they're backed up by about a week at the current moment.

If I bought Coven and web premium on the web already, and I want to switch to steam, I know I have to buy the base game, but do I have to purchase Coven again?

Hi there. Please avoid bumping old threads, especially if they're a different issue/question than the one you have.

In regards to your question, no, you will not have to buy Coven again.
