Mobile app doesn’t work

“Unable to load required assets” I did all the steps over and over. i have this problem since 25th may. device : iPhone XR IOS version:12.1.4 Please help me, i really want to play this game on mobile.

This should be working again now. The cloudFlare ddos protection was messing with the mobile client.
