-the Special Containment Procedures to Secure, Contain, and Protect the anomalous objects in question, preventing them from causing problems when possible (and also preventing their destruction, as they may have some use
-the anomalous objects themselves

the -J tag on an SCP entry means it is a "joke" entry.
