Finding/spending merits points in shop

I'm a f2P mobile user and use the newest version. I tried the tips on trying to fix this and looked at the FAQs, but I couldn't fix this. I know where the membership shop is but not where the actual shop is. I have merit points to spend but still can't find where to spend them. Now I am new so this might be a simple problem but I couldn't find a way around on my own. I also received 3 free coven passes and they just disappeared. I'm sorry for any inconvenience but I need help. Thank you for your time.

Regarding your disappearing ree coven passes: Did you play any coven matches?
Regarding the shop: There is no "membership shop", the shop has items that are only available with Town Points, and items that are available with both currencies.
