Tutorial: Create a skin

Ever wanted to create a skin without having to draw it or work REALLY hard on it?
Well, there is a easier solution!

All you need is - Macromedia Flash 8 (and of course knowledge to use it) and the .swf animation files from the Town of Salem Avatars Wiki: http://town-of-salem.wikia.com/wiki/Avatars
In order to download them just click on the (See animation) button under the skin, and the file will be downloaded.

Now, once you open the .swf you are most probably going to be presented with the animations, but you cant use them or do ANYTHING with them.

In order for it to work, open your Macromedia Flash 8, click on the file button then import - import to stage and choose your Town of Salem .swf file.
The models should load without a problem.
Now you can play around with the models and mix them to create interesting morphs. Also, you can even animate them!
Once you are finished with modeling, you can create animations with them or screenshot them to show to the community.

You should also note that asset extracting is time consuming, so if updates to the file happen, they will be rare.

SPOTTED ERRORS:
-Sometimes two assets will be recognized as "the same thing", resulting in limiting usage of some assets. Example - mouth - shoe will be registered as "the same thing". Example 2 - in the newest update (5) Investigator skin had to use Vigilante's eyebrows due to this error.

Hey Big Money Salvia the artist here. I just want to say you could get perfect results by simply printing the picture out then tracing it with your writing utensil of choice over notebook paper or printing paper. Or you could just ditch the paper and bounce on that pen until your boy gets jealous.
