Ban appeal: Hate speech

I was banned for hate speech. Looking at the chat, someone said they would report me after I said "cnt". As shown by thefreedictionary.com, cnt mean "cent". I do not see why I should be suspended for hate speech as I had no malicious intent. Thank you.
