Pest bug

Case of dead is not shown(I know it's was pest but the game didn't show it)

What the the dead players role?

I'm pretty sure the player was a jailor and jailed the pest. Mabye this bug occurs when a jailor jails a pest and pest the pest attack them in jail.

I beleive there was once an an issue in regards of that..
Did the Jailor try to execute Pestilence?
