Re: Appealing: Revenant890

Were you banned? Have it appealed here.

I am here to defend my offence by specifying this information.
Firstly, this link was founded by me through another user committing the same offence. When I visited the page, Chrome said "Connection is secure" and Kaspersky did not detect this as a suspicious website so I thought that Blank media games owned this site as there was not any suspicion detected. After following instructions on the page, It said to send the link everyone in the lobby and last will.
Secondly, I never intend harm to anyone, I just thought it was legit, due to no suspicion found.
Thirdly, I am just a 12 year old kid who just plays ToS to get through my depression and just be on the positive side of life.
To sum it up,
I am just really saying that I didn't know that this was a phishing site, I thought BMG owned it. Basically I got scammed and I never intended any harm at all.
Please reconsider.
Can I just have a response from anyone?
I want to know whether this is a valid reason, and the verdict.
(Appeal Denied/Approved)

Please be aware that ToS is firstly a game rated T (which is 13+). Along with that, doesn'T say a secured connection that the website itself is correct. If the domain is not "blankmediagames.com" while claiming to belong to BMG, then its most likely a trap.

OK, now I understand that, but I never intended harm.
I just got scammed personally so what is the decision?
Am I still banned?

If you are still given the message that you are banned, I am afraid you are. But if your appeal is granted remains yet open.

Thank you Jerme. The clarification of this matter has been a massive wake-up call to my absolute gullibility and stupidity.
I understand I shouldn't believe any site that claims they are owned by BMG without the domain name of https://www.blankmediagames.com
I thank you for all support you have given, and many thanks to Flavorable for clarification.
If I remained banned, then I will re-appeal later.

Sorry, it has been a while since last reply.
I would prefer a quick response to the decision of my appeal.
Thanx.

You will be given a heads up on your appeal-status, when a decision comes. Its either by a thread reply or the thread being locked. Each time the thread is bumped, the reply time might increase, since the threads are usually worked through from botton to top.

Thank you Jerme.
How to bump?
I was also reading a thread that was insulting you truly, I think you are a fair Global Moderator.
This is not intended to win favour, a compliment for all support.

Be aware that each time you bump an appeal (=reply to it) it will be pushed to the end of the handled ones, as usually the oldest open ones are being replied to.

Because I didn't think of that, and that school has started, I really have no time to do such things.
Also my account has been banned, I don't think I can change anything really.
Apologies.

I cannot in good conscience appeal this when you say you have gotten phished, when you haven't even changed your password. This should be the first thing anyone does after such an instance, logically.

Appeal denied.
