I can login to my account but when I try to login to the game it gives me the message that my username and password are invalid. Who do I contact to fix this issue?

Hi there! Does your password contain >, <, or &? If so, you need to change it on the forums;
viewtopic.php?f=38&t=13987

And if it doesn't, I'd still change it to see if that fixes your issues.

Hey, I changed the password to a random password that was given to me and I'm still having issues. I get the same message which says "Username or password are invalid" which I know for a fact is incorrect because I retyped it 3 different times.

Is the account you have touble logging in to the game with, the one you are using to post?
