I was thinking about getting rid of seeing the people who visit and having it just see what roles

Lighthouse Keeper can find roles very fast and if it ever sees a scum visit, it can tell who is what role. In that way he can provide them fake claims etc. and evils got more chance of hitting PR in that way, which harms town.
I don't think you understand Magician in the right way. For example, it could also swap away Investigative results, because it can swap both feedback and invresults. So it can both confuse and sort off roleblock.

I see what you mean about Lighthouse Keeper. I agree with Chemist that it can be OP. Perhaps limit it to seeing only what roles or who visits or give it 3 charges or something. Can't nerf it too much or it will be too weak and not fun to play.
For Magician, Prankster can already manipulate night feedback (e.g. SP, roleblocked, etc.), but not investigtive. Magician in the format you proposed is weaker though because its existence is outed if a townie gets a result that makes no sense for their role. Maybe get rid of the swapping with 2 players part and combine the manipulating night results part with Prankster, giving it the option to either manipulate feedback or results?
