I'm not very confident that Amanda wouldn't choose betray. If she betrays it wouldn't be hard or especially unlike her to quickly get to the door and attempt to leave. She has the ability to essentially teleport anywhere and explosive speed that Mist and I can vouch for.

Maybe a normal person, but Amanda is the exception to the rule. She can phase into the shadow and activate the elevator and scurry back to her safe dimension until it's immediately time to leave.

I don't think even you Mist could stop her because she will expect the paralysis and simply not look at you... not that she even needs to because she'll be protected in aforementioned shadow realm.
