I like this, but I do have a slight problem with it; all fights are mafia vs town. I think this loses out on a valuable experience for new players, finding the bad neutrals too or being a bad neutral themselves. So. Here's my proposed change.

This removes two cits, which is good so new players know how to submit actions and don't get the impression that newbie fourm mafia is just doing nothing, as well as showing new players that scum can be any neutral and that they will still pose a threat to town, even if surv. The extra rt is needed because with this list, town has an opposition of 4 so needs more pr.
