Well, I'm already failing my Humanities class, as is most of the class, and the Teacher drops in one more big project and vague instructions before leaving the room.

His niceness and charm seems superficial and ungeinune. I noticed he has a thing for Nazism and Communism. Maybe I'm just paranoid, what do you think?
ARandomDouche wrote:It seems to be more of an interest than 'Hitler the Second'. However, he looks at dead memes of such. I'm not making this up, he would show me (because he must assume I'm his friend). In English, we are studying a novel made by a Holocaust survivor about his memories of said event. If we had to answer a question about what time this happened and such, we would have no idea as it's never stated in the novel, however, this student somehow pulls the CORRECT answer out of nowhere, impressing the teacher. Apart from that, he seems well rounded.

I don't know what reconcile means and I'm doing this on my phone so it's hard for me to look it up.

Well based on these posts I believe you're kinda bein' a lil' weird by studying him in-depth like this. Might wanna cut down on that.

However, as far as "I don't trust him in the slightest" goes, I could understand why. There's plenty of people you'll come across in your life, and for seemingly no reason, you will just dislike/feel uneasy around them. It's unexplainable, but it's real.

Yes.
Thats the most obvious thing in the world. Its a job where if your class don't have high grades, your pay is cut and you can lose your position.

Well, at least don’t tell your student that to their face after they admit to having low self esteem!

Neither do British teachers. Paying teachers by the grades their students get is dumb, and I don't think it's done in even the whole US.

I think it's a good idea. It makes schools invest in helping the special kids along. Plus, education for the smart kids who will actually help society can't get any worse (why is there no calculus class for middle school ;-;), so no loss there.

No it won't. Because most schools have special programs for helping kids with severe learning disabilities. It'll just incentivize teachers to get classes where they don't have to work as hard.

If the schools got extra money for every student that did well, I would agree, but cutting teachers pay if their students don't do well enough is ridiculous.

I think that cutting teachers pay if they do bad is okay to an extent (if they are lazy teachers who are tenured and can't get fired, their pay should go down). However, schools should be paid based on average test score, even if this gives more money to schools with less special kids.

I have finals starting this Monday. I am absolutely terrified.

I managed to skip Calculus final over grades, but I have dubious average in Law/Project Management, and I'm worried sick about those finals. I can't even properly focus enough to finish watching Accounting interactive presentations because of how worried those two classes have me.
Lmao my old sig was so angry I can't even

The school prom yesterday night at the Hyatt Regency. It was great! We had a great buffet, although I was full. I had a salad before I got distracted by the blackjack and poker table, where I played for the rest of the night.
