In this simple kingdom, it has evolved to become a superhuman society. People have started to display strange unique abilities all over the globe, but this Kingdom was the first to have the population of 80% superhumans.
You may recognize this, and you'll be right, because these powers are known as 'Quirks'
Because of these powers, the technology and society has changed drastically. A fantasy kingdom turned into a strange hybrid of modern day society and medieval life. Modern technology exists, but the world is like it's from another world. Lava lakes, mountains of ice, swamps made up of sugary foods.
This fast accerlation of technology paved the way for chaos, easily being able to contact others in a world where the government has no control over the land makes it much easier to get away with crime.
The world changed along with the people, and of course, this caused chaos. Everyone thought they could have whatever they want because of their powers. Because of this, crime rates increased dramatically, and the royal family no longer has any control over the population.
Not only that, but organized crime has also increased, with small gangs being formed in order to steal.
This is the story of this kingdom. No one knows what will happen. Will chaos take over? Or will the lands be taken back by heroes?
Shitty introduction I know. The general gist is that this is a mix between MHA and a Fantasy setting.
The Kingdom is on an island that is around 31400 square miles, while small, the country has a high concentration of towns and cities, but here are the major ones. The major ones are 100 miles from the centre.
Locations

To the North - The Royal Castle of Fallimoltus and the sourrounding city of Crownpeak. The Royal Guard, made up of the most powerful humans gather here to protect the king.
The West - The coastal Town Oceanside. A pretty normal town, its got some resorts. Its beaches are known as the Salt Shores. (Its a resort)
The East - The mountain range of Blast Mountains, with a mining city deep within. The ores here are radioactive and consistently cause Fission reactions by rock slides, causing small nuclear detonations. The town here is called LavaRidge.
The South - The swamplands, or better known as the Sweet Lands is the agriculture town of Sweetland. Sweetland was created by a kid with a quirk that could change bacteria into sugar by breaking it down. The rest of it was absorbed into the body. The quirk was used in the swamp too much, eventually corrupting it into a sweetland.
In the centre is a small trade town, that is responsible for most of the goods being moved around the Fallimoltus kingdom. Its known as Greenleaf

Areas can be discovered as we go along and allows people to make truly unique settings along with unique characters. This means they are created by you. Once they are discovered in the RP, Pm me where you want it and i'll gladly add it.
Rules for Quirks
Spoiler:1. No One For Alls or All for Ones. No stealing/passing on quirks permanently effectively. Copy and Erasure powers are allowed.
2. Characters that are hybrids of animals will have that as their ONLY quirk, no exceptions. Advantage to this is that you get more powerful versions of that animal's skills.Refer to MHA's Froppy
3. No blatanatly overpowered quirks. We aren't All Mights. There SHOULD be a weakness (Unless its a weak quirk), and anything overpowered should have a limit to its use.
4. Quirks are usually a direct copy of their parents, or a mix of the two. Say a Water and Ice couple fuck and make a baby. Now the child's quirk is 'Cold Water' Although, variations of powers are expected, like real biology. (So Water Generation changing into Water Control for example)
5. OPTIONAL. Explain the Quirk Factor, this is to ensure balance. Quirk Factors can be damaged. (Essentially, how the quirk functions in the body. You can pseudo-science this, but a biological process needs to be explained. If you can't think of one, hop on the official discord for help.)

Main Rules
Spoiler:1. No powergaming or metagaming. Do not control other people's characters for major actions. If you weren't there, you don't know about it unless you were told by a character.
2. No instant kills. Yes, you can kill people, but they aren't allowed to die immediately. Give them a fighting chance if you intend on a murder. You CAN backstab people, but make it clear in a post that you might attack them. (Like you draw a blade before the post where you attempt a stab from the back.)

5. If I see a quirk with no clear downside, i'll offer a way to nerf it. You may add this but if you don't nerf a quirk that's too powerful you wont be able to RP (It just aint fair if you have Super Regeneration)
Here's how passage of time works in the RP
Spoiler:1 week IRL is 1 week in game. This is to keep events moving forward so we aren't on one day forever. The roleplay in an area will NOT be affected by the week system, but it's simply a measure of time. The OP will note the current week.
However, the actually events of the RP are SNAPSHOTS of the events that week. Weeks ending do not effect these unless you choose to.
So that means the rest of the week is life shit we don't care about. This is simply so we don't have a conversation that in canon took a week to finish.
Basically its just a measure of time that doesn't need to be followed 100%.
READ BEFORE CREATING A CHARACTER
Spoiler:1. The Quirk
The quirk is easily seen as the most important of the character, besides the actual character. This is usually associated with your character's personality and aesthetics. When designing a quirk, you'll want to think about how your character will act with it. Why would someone be extremely shy when they have a quirk that makes them emit light? If you actually made a character like that, then stop.
But, you should stop thinking they're important.
Quirks are more then just powers. You don't need a flashy one to be an interesting or dynamic character. The quirk should just be a part of who you are. Most in this world would have very basic quirks that don't really do anything, like a small magnetic pull, or a tail. They really aren't needed to be interesting.
When designing a quirk, think of how it would impact your character's choices and personality, and if it fits into what you want from the character. I suggest you try to be as creative as possible when designing a quirk
Stronger = Confidence. Weaker = Less Confidence
2. Character Personality
Right, we need to establish this.
NOT EVERY CHARACTER HAS TO BE THE HERO.
Listen, i've seen some stupid RPs in my time, let's not do this here. Remember, most of these people in this RP are not heroes. There may be some, but most of them are just living their lifes, with a superpower. A good example of this good behaviour is Sh99er's Doll character. This one is just living reguarly with a simple quirk, trying to get by in the world.
THis isn't to say you can't be a 'Hero', just be interesting about it. No one wants to see the 'Brooding Asshole Hero' or the 'Optimistic Hero' or the 'Fuck You i'm cool Hero' in every single character
Same goes with the villians. Be interesting at least.
If you want, projecting yourself into the world is fine too. I enjoy doing it myself and it makes characters feel a little more interesting if they aren't being written 100%, as there's some human in there. Just don't make yourself a Mary Sue
3. The Actual Roleplay
Ok, now you're here in the actual roleplay. You got a quirk, you got a character you feel is interesting or is a projection of yourself. Now, let's get to roleplaying.
Okay, first off - You don't know anyones quirks until they show it. You can take a guess as a character, but just 'knowing' is unfair and takes away from the whole point of quirks: Everyone is a superhero and you don't know what they can do until they do it.
An example of doing this poorly is with the Contagion quirk. Everyone assumed the gas was bad. Fair enough. But then some people just 'knew' it erased quirks of people who were close enough, or just knew the quirk had more to it. NO. For all you knew, the gas did nothing, but you were just playing safe. You couldn't know it did an extra thing.
When learning about other player's, try making sure what your character knows and doesn't. If you're saying something that doesn't make sense, you're either metagaming or being retarded.
Also, before you post, make sure the actions you're taking make sense. If someone is in a burning house, don't offer them a coffee unless you're being a dick.
4. Fights
Now you've fucked up and got into a fight. Now in this RP, if you fuck up, I've allowed you to be murdered. If you are in a corner with no way to dodge a fire blast, the person in question can just end you mercilessly. You fucked up and deserve it. If you're picking fights and have a clear disadvantage, you are going to die if you don't play smart.
Now, the reason why I made sure EVERYONE explains their quirk and downsides in them, is to make sure no one cheats in a fight. By this I mean the 'ass pull'
Ass pulling is when a writer realises they written themselves into a corner, so they make some bullshit up to make up for it.By having only one power, the Quirk, you cannot do anything that's bullshit, and allows the characters in the fight to adapt.
If you're going to do something unexpected, have some build up, or make it REALISTIC. Don't say you can just control who your quirk erases if its radius based. If someone is in your radius, they have to have it be erased.
Also, don't be a God. You can't dodge everything, and you can't hit everything. Its fine connecting some guaranteed hits, but it isn't fine just dodging them. If you're in melee range and someone punches you after you attacked and they dodged, you're hit. No questions. You got countered, and you should be prepared to counter it back, either by using your quirk, or by actually being smart with what limbs you used to attack.
And finally, don't just know the quirk after they use it once. If they fire a blast of fire at you, but their quirk is 'Elementalist, can use Fire, Ice, Lightning and Wind from the respective limbs, Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg, Right Leg!' and you just know they can use 3 other form of attacks, and that it's limb specific, you're being a metagaming asshole. You should learn the quirk by them using the different attacks, and them repeating the same type of attack from the same limb. THis is because the character noticed a pattern.

Terminology
Spoiler:OOC - Out of Character chat. I'd like to keep this stuff in the Discord.
Quirk - A strange characteristic. They can range from natural green coloured hair, all the way to One for All.
Mutation - A type of quirk. These generally is stuff like an extra limb or something similar.
Transformation - A type of quirk. Allows you to transform yourself or a part of the body (Although there are some exceptions, like Dark Shadow from the actual anime)
Emitter - A type of quirk. Basically stuff like Fire, Ice, Copy, Erasure, you name it. The most common type of quirk by far.
Quirk Factor - The Biological processes that allow a quirk to function. These can be exhausted like any other physical ability (Like moving a muscle). They also can be damaged, weakening the quirk.
Speech - "Usually it's text in speech marks that is bolded. Colour helps to identify your character when skimming pages."
Thoughts - Usually text with italics that has no speech marks. If you want to make sure people think its a thought, use underlines
Ass Pulling - Pulling something out of your ass to get out of a corner you have written yourself into, or some unexpected bullshit in a fight.

Quirk: Lighter -The palm of his hands are like lighters. They combust when he stretches his entire hands out. Clenching his fists builds up the combustion effect until he releases it. The power can simply be turned off by relaxing the hands. His clear downside is the quirk is hard to control, while powerful he can easily break or burn his own arm by using a ball of fire too powerful
Character Description: His body and face is concealed. However, he has a fair build, being around 5'7 feet tall and a firey costume that, clearly meant to attract eyes towards him. His hands are visible because of the nature of his quirk, and they are quite large.

A red aura surrounds his body, and it's his own blood boiling and turning into vapor. Because of this, Scott cannot enter Rage for a long time and ends up being extremely weak afterwards. He usually passes out but reestablishes in about 2-3 hours or by using a special liquid he calls "Link". Character Description: He is tall, but human sized, he wears glasses and usually wears jeans and a 100% cotton jacket. He distills "Link" in his basement, but no one knows the recipe for sure. It's said that the "Link" can heal anything, but it's yet to be seen. Occupation: Doctor.

Quirk: Electrical Transmission, Jimmy can touch a live wire and manipulate information within the system which the wire is connected to. E.g. If he touch a wire connected to a computer owned by Person 1, he can access all the information on that computer. He can also bypass basic securities but takes a few minutes, more complex securities takes more time to crack. He can also "download" the information onto a hard drive if he there is one next to him. He is also immune to electrocution. Weakness; when he is using his ability he will "zone out" and will not know anything happening near him. Also if the power is suddenly turned off or the wire is cut then he will immediately come back to his body. If that happens while he is downloading information onto a hard drive then the information will become "corrupted" and it can't be used.
Character Description: A normal looking guy, 180 cm tall with black neat hair and formal clothes outside of his home. When at home he wears casual clothes. Usually always wear a bow tie with a medium built. He has a watch with him most of the time. Also have several hard drives, wires, duct tape, wire cutter, and other electrical tools in his pockets.
Occupation: "Electrical Engineer". Though actually he spends most his time hacking people's informations and selling them.

Subtle suggestions, such as 'Perhaps you shouldn't do this, as it may not work out well' work all of the time, but more direct ones such as 'Don't cheat on your wife you fucking nolifer' will work only if they do not have an immediate response or strong opinion on the suggestion.

Occupation: Psychologist. However not many patients are brought in that often so she gets a lot of time off. She spends this time off getting a stable income through illegal means.

He's just as vulnerable as any other human, and also reckless. That's why he chooses to wear some sort of protection at all times, and carries a flashlight around as his shadow does not exist without light. Character description: A pretty tall guy, 5,9. There are also few materials resistant to this poison, Toxin wheres a type of resistant fibre for her clothes. Character description: 4"6, 16 years old and they have a giant temper. They're easily guilt tripped and their mind just isn't right, leading them towards some pretty cunt-y actions. They are quite innocent in fact, but their quirk just fucked that over.
Occupation: Unemployed, just got out of school and has a degree in Biology.
Name: Alexa Thorne Alias: Pardalis Quirk: (Only one per person) Detail how the quirk works and its weaknesses. Feline Alexa's quirk is more obvious than most, with her appearing to be half ocelot. She has large, furry ears, a long tail, slitted eyes, and sharp fangs and claws. The marbled pattern of an ocelot's fur is all across her back, face, and arms. She is uncannily agile, with extremely strong jumps and speedier than one would think. Alexa also has pretty good night vision, as you'd expect. She doesn't have much in the way of strength, and obviously isn't as agile or quick as a normal cat. Character Description: Alexa is 16, but her attitude seems far older. She knows the world is a cruel, unjust place, and acts accordingly. Slow to trust and extremely wily, it's not easy to gain her favor. She wears a long black hooded cloak, and a black mask across her eyes. Alexa has golden blonde hair and bright green eyes. Occupation: Wanderer, she travels the land ceaselessly ever since she left home.
The Contortionist

Quirk: Rubber physiology. Every part of him can bend in unnatural ways - far beyond any normal contortionist, and most impacts bounce right off of him. His body can also stretch like a rubber band without any harmful effects to his body. Just like a rubber band, however, the more he stretches, the more prone to injury he becomes. He can choose to stretch or shorten his body back to its normal length, but enough force can cause his body to stretch without his doing.Due to the rubbery nature of his body, he is not capable of much in the way of physical feats.
Character Description: He wears a skintight sleeveless shirt with long pants, in the signature style for an employee of the Royal Circus. His shoes are mostly a purple hue with the heels are a solid red all the way through. Golden buckles top each foot. The left pant-leg up to the waist is the same purple, and the right pant-leg is red to match. Adorning his waist is a gold belt, and his top has the opposite color scheme to his pants - that is, red on the left and purple on the right. His face is covered by the signature golden mask of the Royal circus, and to top it all of, a jester's hat lies in rest on his head. The mask is barren of any features, save eyeholes to see from. The hat is colored to match his pants. Bells hang from his hat, a golden collar around his neck, matching bracelets on his arms, and his shoes. Character Description: he's medium/tall-ish, thin, and always wears a brown played shirt, some gray trousers and has a brown played typical irish hat; although most people can only recall him as "that guy wearing a hat", hence the alias.
Occupation: he doesen't really have a job, he just likes to walk around the city and have some fun, and when he needs anything he just steals it.

Character Description: At 5' 1", Oliver is somewhat small in stature for a 19 year old man, however, he makes the most of it. He has amber eyes, slightly tanned skin, and a blonde mop of hair on the top of his head. He is usually seen wearing a navy blue baseball cap, jeans, a red T-shirt and black sneakers.

Katherine can create designs out of clay which then transform into actual energy-based objects. The downside to this is that the objects require a significant amount of stamina to maintain, and clay is required in order to make these.
Character Description: Average height. Has 2 bags of clay which she carries around with her. She wears a fedora and a tuxedo usually.
Occupation: Sells clay sculptors.
Andrew Adams
Quirk: Synovial

Quirk: Synovial
This quirk greatly increases the pressure of Synovial fluid in the joints. Because of this, 'popping' the fluid will release the pressure throughout the muscles.
The way it works is that the pressure is released towards the feet and hands. So if you pop the wrist, the entire hand will have pressure released inside. Popping it at the elbow does it to the forearm and hand.
Essentially, the pressure makes the muscles stronger.
The downside? A serious case of osteoarthritis in that joint until the fluid stabilises. The pressure stays in the muscles for 5 minutes.
Character Description: 5'12. Has brown eyes and short black hair. His build is muscular due to his quirk. He wears grey jeans, and a simple blue t-shirt. His joints have heavily damaged skin on them.
Occupation: Support Company Personal Commission designer. A Support company designs peripherals based on an individual's quirk, to either help them control their audio, or to optimise it's capabilities. The company is known as Quirk Enhancements, a well known Lavaridge support company.
Doppelganager - William Wilson

Alias: Doppelgänger
Quirk: Double - Can create clones of himself or any other organic being. Clones are moderately durable and can use the Quirks of the person they're a clone of. Doppelgänger has little to no control over his clones.
Character Description: Roughly 5'10", short styled brown hair, brown eyes, 5 o'clock shadow. Uses a suit of red, silver and black armor of individual plates that can retract and shift to reform the armor into various types, shapes, and styles (controlled via neutral network connection). Face is covered with a gas mask connected to the armor (Reference: Star Lord's mask). An exoskeleton outlines his back, covered with reinforced tungsten steel and small little indents. Has two blades that can extend from his wrists. Blades can also be disconnected to dual wield.
Quirk: Fission - Katie can split into two Katies, this can continue until there are six Katies, each copy has a connected consciousness and so they feel the same pain and other sensations, they are also a hivemind, if a copy dies, well then it sucks, but it doesn't kill the other copies, copies tend to squabble too, copies can merge together if they wish to

Quirk: Tailor - Can create any set of clothing as long as she knows the design.The hair she has is made up of ribbons, and her quirk uses this up! As a small side effect, her entire body, while still organic, is made up of various textiles! Her skins cloth and her insides are more rubbery. Well not exactly, the materials are still made up of cells. Her tounge is made up of cotton, because of this she can only moan and can't speak.
Character Description - 4"6 feet tall. She has short ribbon-like hair that's red. Her black and white eyes are made up of cotton but still work. Her entire skin is made of cloth. She wears various clothes, bit mostly sticks to a scruffy orange t-shirt and jeans. It's for contrast with her co-worker.

Drifter - Misty Quirk: Bubble

Quirk: Has the ability to cast a protective bubble around her which requires a certain amount of force to burst. This is light and can therefore float away, however she has little control over where it goes (she can slightly influence its direction but the wind is more powerful. Others can also easily control it from the outside by pushing it. When it bursts a force is let out pushing back light objects. When she wants to produce this bubble extra pores on her skin push out glucose and minerals to form the bubble.
Character description: Medium length curly hair that is a very pale blue colour. Eyes are a light purple. Medium height, slim build. Pale skin. Wears light clothes, usually a blue hoodie and jeans and white trainers.

Blue Carter
Quirk: Passageway
Spoiler:Name: Blue Carter Alias: N/A Quirk: Pasageway. This quirk create doors through any solid surface he touch. The doors he create can be created from any part of his body, from the palm of his hands to his whole body itself, and usually take the shape and form of the body part creating it. The doors remain as passageways anyone can pass through until closed completely. Strengths: ability to create a door on almost any solid surface so that they can enter through. This allows him and anyone else passage through the object no matter how thick or strong it is, he can also exploit this in other ways, such as trapping an opponent's feet in small doors created underneath them. Its a cloudy afternoon in the central trading town of Fallimoltus known as Greenleaf. The air feels clean, the breeze is gentle, and everyone is generally having a peaceful day with seemingly no trouble.
But then, an explosion can be heard in the central market. Most panic, but some go to investigate the scene, just to find a man with some strange red costume on, depicting some fire, concealing his identity. He's holding his arm like its in great pain.

Alias: Incinerator
Quirk: Lighter -The palm of his hands are like lighters. They combust when he stretches his entire hands out. Clenching his fists builds up the combustion effect until he releases it. The power can simply be turned off by relaxing the hands. His clear downside is the quirk is hard to control, while powerful he can easily break or burn his own arm by using a ball of fire too powerful
Character Description: His body and face is concealed. However, he has a fair build, being around 5'7 feet tall and a firey costume that, clearly meant to attract eyes towards him. His hands are visible because of the nature of his quirk, and they are quite large.
Occupation: Mercenary.
He stands there, staring at his burnt arm, but quickly regains his composure as he looks around, and finds some guy cowering in the corner.
He looks visibly annoyed, and he clenches his fists as he walks towards the man.

Quirk: Transmit - Can store potential/heat/whatever energy in their body and convert it to kinetic energy and release it from the palms of his hand and soles of his feet. By storing too much energy and releasing it all at once will blow himself back full force, potentially dislocating a shoulder.

Quirk: Electrical Transmission, Jimmy can touch a live wire and manipulate information within the system which the wire is connected to. E.g. If he touch a wire connected to a computer owned by Person 1, he can access all the information on that computer. He can also bypass basic securities but takes a few minutes, more complex securities takes more time to crack. He can also "download" the information onto a hard drive if he there is one next to him. He is also immune to electrocution. Weakness; when he is using his ability he will "zone out" and will not know anything happening near him. Also if the power is suddenly turned off or the wire is cut then he will immediately come back to his body. If that happens while he is downloading information onto a hard drive then the information will become "corrupted" and it can't be used.
Character Description: A normal looking guy, 180 cm tall with black neat hair and formal clothes outside of his home. When at home he wears casual clothes. Usually always wear a bow tie with a medium built. He has a watch with him most of the time. Also have several hard drives, wires, duct tape, wire cutter, and other electrical tools in his pockets.
