1) Activity: If a player hasn't posted in the thread within 24 hours, I will prod them for inactivity. If they do not respond with adequate content to the prod within 12 hours of it being sent, they will be replaced. Receiving two prods will result in an automatic replacement.
2) Deadlines: This game is nightless. Day's will last 72 hours. Following a lynch the next day will immediately start.
3) Gamethrowing: I will not tolerate any form of game throwing. This includes Jesting.
4) Spamming: Try not to do it. You can post multiple times in a row with content, but do try not to stretch content over many small posts in a row.
5) Communications: Outlaws [Mafia] has daytalk enabled this game. Outlaws [Mafia] should not talk through PM's and no one else should attempt to communicate outside the thread.
6) Be Respectful: As implied I wont tolerate people being disrespectful towards others.
7) Last Wills/Death Notes/Actions: Label them as such, and send them to Hiphoplog.

8) Flavor: This will be Wild West flavor. It should not be used to make points on anything. Do not try to. Mafia are renamed to Outlaws, and Citizen are renamed to Townsfolk.
9) Factional Kills: This will work differently than normal FM games. As long as at least 1 Outlaw [Mafia] is still alive at the end of the day the kill will go through. This means that Outlaws [Mafia] do not have to sacrifice their duel or dayvig just to preform the factional kill. This means the Outlaws [Mafia] have the ability to initiate a duel, preform a dayvig, and kill on the same day even if only the 1-shot Dayvig is alive.
10) Death: Players killed will flip at the end of the day. So, if a player is killed in a duel they will not have their role flip until the end of the day alongside the lynch and Outlaw [Mafia] kill. Even though they have not yet flipped they will not be allowed to talk and will be added to the deadchat.
11) Dueling: Every player will be allowed to initiate 1 duel throughout the game, however, only 1 duel can happen per day. During a duel the Outlaw Dayvig cannot kill nor send in a request to kill a player when the duel ends. When a duel starts all votes are wiped and duel will last for 24 hours or when a majority is reached. Players in the duel cannot vote and don't count for majority. If after 24 hours no majority is reached the player with the most voted will lose the duel. If there is a tie then the player who initiated the duel will win. When the duel is over the day will resume, the Town can still lynch after the duel is over. If you lose a duel you will be dead and cannot talk for the rest of the day or count towards majority. To start a duel type /Duel [Player], /Challenge [Player], or /It's High Noon [Player]. Once the mod sees this then the duel will begin. Duels cannot be started within 12 hours of the day end.

This kill will be carried out alongside the lynch so long as at least one Outlaws is alive when the day ends.
You win when you and your partner control 50% of the town or nothing can prevent this from happening. If it comes down to tie in which you and your partners can easily silence the remaining townies in a good ol' fashion shootout.
Outlaw 1-shot Dayvig

You and your partners may talk here anytime [quicktopic like]. You share a factional kill each day. This kill will be carried out alongside the lynch so long as at least one Outlaws is alive when the day ends. In addition to the factional kill you have a single bullet which can be used to immediately silence a townsfolk. You cannot use this while a duel is occurring. After a gunshot goes off the vote count will be wiped, you cannot use this the last 12 hours of the day.
You win when you and your partner control 50% of the town or nothing can prevent this from happening. If it comes down to tie in which you and your partners can easily silence the remaining townies in a good ol' fashion shootout.
Outlaw Backup Dayvig

This kill will be carried out alongside the lynch so long as at least one Outlaws is alive when the day ends. In the event that something goes horribly wrong you will take the place of the Outlaw 1-shot Dayvig at the end of the day if they were killed without shooting anybody.

Everyone loaded their weapons. Today was the day. The most infamous outlaws will be in town today. Rummor has it they have never spared anyone before. As they put down their cards, readied their weapons, and left their homes and bars to enter the streets a gunshot rings throughout the town followed by the sound of a broken pian-wait haven't we already done this?
Huh. Didn't think that one through. Guess you would win the duel automatically and shoot yourself. It would just not be registered since it's an invalid target. You also can't duel dead people.
