Alignment: Neutral Killing
Description: A super natural being with the powers of transformation

Abiilties:
-Kill someone each night
-Choose 2 animals/elements to become a hybrid of when you kill

Attributes:
-You can't kill till Night 3
-Night Immune
-Half of the transformations can only be picked on night 1 and the other half on night 2
Or instead of the above
-3 Transformations to choose from are randomly picked night 1 and 2.

Note: Can only be one per-game.


Goal: Kill everyone who would oppose you

Must kill:
Town
Mafia
Serial Killers
Arsonists
Werewolves
Vamps for Hire

Wins with:
Survivors
Witches

You may spare anyone else.

Notifications:
Sheriff: Your target is a Shapeshifter!
Invest: Your target is waiting for the perfect moment to strike. They are either a Sheriff, Executioner, Werewolf or Shapeshifter.
Consig: Your target can transform into a hybrid of 2 creatures. They must be a Shapeshifter!
When selecting a transformation: You have decided to channel the form of a X
Night 3: You have your transformation powers. Time to kill!

Lore:

Spoiler: Once a feared killer known as the Planned Murderer, the Shapeshifter was not always what they are now. They used to plan his murders and actions every night, with carefully drawn murder sheets. Oneday, the Planned Murderer wanted to take their killing to a whole new level. After some unknown, mysterious process, The Planned Murderer gained the powers of Shapeshifting. They are now feared on a whole new level...

Transformations:
Spoiler: Half steel: Can't be killed by Bodyguards
Shadow: Can't be seen by Lookouts
Snake: Steal will, the will would be revealed 2 nights later.
Fire Elemental: Burn your targets will every second kill.
Lion: Roleblock Immunity
Cheetah: Gain the ability to kill 2 people at once for one night.
Owl: Gain the ability to see who visits you for a night. Can be used 3 times.
Cat: If you attack an Alerted Veteran, you will escape without killing anyone. The Veteran would get the message:You found a suspicious cat in your house, but it escaped!
Demon: You can only kill every 2 nights. If you are lynched, you will possess a person of your choice, killing them while Disguising as them and removing the will.
Dragon: If you live to the final 4, you win the game, but your second transformations will be randomly picked. This can only be picked Night 1.


Note: If you pick snake and Fire Elemental, you would steal the will then burn it 2 nights later.



Canceled Transformations:
???: Go through night immunity
Innocent Townie: Detection immunity
???: Misleading invest result
Evil Townie: Your invest results are now framer/vampire/jester
Reaper: Kill 1 person who visits you. They will be cleaned and their soul will be destroyed, making them unable to talk in dead chat.
Cockatrees: Roleblock your target as well as killing them


Achievements:
Spoiler: Shapeing a victory: Win your first game as Shapeshifter
Shapelifting: Win 5 games as Shapeshifter
Getting in Shape: Win 10 games as Shapeshifter
Shapeing a Winstreak: Win 25 games as Shapeshifter
Hogging the wills: Steal then a burn a will with the Fire Elemental and Snake transformations.
Dragon Born: Win at the final 4 with the Dragon transformations.

Update 18: Changed attributes. Added 2 options to how the transformations would work (5 transformations for one night and 5 for second. These are set everytime. Or, 3 random transformations for the first 2 nights. You will never get the same options a lot.

I actually really like this idea. It is interesting and unique and not too overpowered or underpowered. The only suggestion I have is that you remove the buff of "goes through night immunity". Overall, good role! /Support

I think you should be able to steal will and not be killed by bgs, take out immunity piercing

I am very happy I decided to make that complete 180 on this role. I came up with it because even when I am making the thread, I still think about what to do with the role. And when I was finished (or near it) I thought of it, because I thought it made sense and gave more depth for the role. Even though I didn't do it instantly, I am glad I did it. Gives the role a bit of backstory . I will be making the law soon, but only when I get a name that works for everyone.

Like it may turn into a snake or something to steal someone's will, or it can make half its body like steel in order to be immune to bodyguard bullets, or it can transform its physical body into a shadow in order to not be seen by lookouts, etc and etc. I mean because it's fantasy, you can come up with anything to explain anything, so it's up to you. I'm just giving you examples.

i would prefer not having this role with a hole supernatural feeling.I feel better with roles than kinda make sense and could possibly exist. Althoug i dont really have a problem. Also why not add an upgrade: cruel killing: targets cannot be healed by a doctor
