This is my current 'Town v. Neutrals' Role List for Custom but I've run into an issue where Town almost always wins, it's current 6 or 7 Town wins to 1 Neutral win. I'm wondering what I could do to make Neutrals have a higher win rate while still keeping the Role List as balanced as possible. Do keep in mind this isn't the exact Role List I've done every time. I have shifted the roles a little over the matches to account for what the Custom lobby wants and trying to balance it but Town has almost always won no matter what. I'd also rather keep away from having too many RandomNeutrals as I'd like to keep the chance of having a vampire to a minimum.
I don't know if this is helpful or not, but maybe replacing some of the neutrals with the same roles?
On the surface this role list seems pretty balanced because you have a nice number of both town and neutral. But the thing is, as you go on in the game, the more towns start to identify as each other, who's in their team etc, and become better at choosing who not to target and more efficient. Once a few towns are confirmed town's TI's/TK's/escorts aren't on them anymore so it narrows down the pool. The TP/los etc, are on the conf town and their basically more efficient.
Whereas neutrals can't really blend into town that deep. Nor do they know who's on their team, which is most important. If a neutral (ww, sk, arso, etc) doesn't know who's on their team. It's not really neutral vs town, but more like, town versus neutral. And neutral versus each other. So it decreases the rate a lot. Because neutrals can also take each other out. Perhaps change it to add duplicates of 1 neutral? Like 2 sks, 2 arsos etc.
Or decrease the number of towns by 1-2 members so town may be afraid to admit they are town at the start and use better strategies to spot neutrals.
I don't know if they're that helpful but it's what I'll do to raise NK/NE win rates in a game like this. Let me know if you do decide to try it out and how it goes!
Switch one NB for a NK or NE? Truth is the NKs can kill other neutrals and NBs cam win with the town as well so that might be what is causing the town wins.

My Suggestion : - Change 1 TS with TK or RT - Change 1 NE/NB/RN with Witch ( Last one probably wouldnt effect it much ) - Change NK slots to Same NK's ( If You Choose arso , You can Also Choose add More TP instead other town slots to weaker town If You still think Town is stronger)
Remove a Town Invest in exchange for 1 Neutral Evil or Neutral Benign.
8 town can be overwhelming, especially if the right roles end up spawning. A 7-1 ratio supports this theory, especially as town does not have to kill all 7 of the other players but the NKs have to kill all 8 town members in order to win.
