Do you think its fair? Personally, I do but people think it ruins the game?

Maybe you missed the part where this was a game about murder, deception, and mob hysteria. Also I'm not sure what it is you want done about this.

Nicely put. Random lynching is a big part of the game; be happy there is no voting on day one.
