I will try ranked practice tommorow and will like a guide on how to play and the behaviour i should expect from players and how to deal with it i usually play All Any so I should have some experience on what im dealing with Any idea (EDIT, I tried it today and asides from one dude being salty he was being lynched for exe's sake it was pretty chill and people were rather pleasant, but mafia leaving N1 was annoying)

Expect at least 2 leavers per game and people getting mad if the jailor doesn't reveal on day 1 and dies. Other than that I'd say RP isn't really that toxic.
I don't play the game that often, so I only have 37 games from season 5. I always record my games and some information about them, part of it being toxicity. Here is a list of the toxicity in each RP game I played in season 5 (the column was titled "leavers/toxicity", so if you just read a role name it means that person left).

Personally I have had more toxicity in All Any than Ranked Practice. Either way, I wish you the best in your games!

Expect player competency and effort to be absolutely abysmal - pretty much every decent player looking for competitive play is going to be in Ranked. As has been already said, there will probably be 1-2 leavers in every game, perhaps even coupled with a number of players that are genuinely unfamiliar with basic game mechanics and strategies. You might just hear "what does VFR/CC stand for?" or other nonsense reminiscent of Classic
If I were you, I'd get your 10 games in and move onto ranked as soon as you possibly can.
