Constant disconnects

I having issues playing the game I am constantly getting disconnect messages such as “an existing connection has been forcibly closed by the remote host” or “the socket has been shut down” any help would be much appreciated

Not sure about the second message, but "an existing connection has been forcibly closed by the remote host" is an error message that typically appears following a local connection issue, or something on your own end. Have you noticed similar problems on other services, or is ToS the only thing giving you trouble?
