Exe Voting Town in Ranked

Dying after winning would make being exe really boring. Also, evils would be unable to claim executioner after that. Jesters would also become more boring if they lost their ability. Maybe we could only let them haunt townies if possible, randomizing their target to a townie if they choose to haunt scum. I like both roles as they are now, to be honest, but it's true that they aren't the best for ranked.
