You needed to fill out the survey however it was sent to your spam folder. If you didn't fill out the survey you weren't invited. Also only a handful of people who filled out the survey were invited to begin with.

Ah yes just checked my spam and indeed I was sent a survery over a month ago hopefully I could get invited now
