Should Jailor be nerfed?

Let's discuss. Should jailor be nerfed. For example, only have 2 executes instead of 3

Jailor needs to be nerf'd because it creates a power gap in the Town Killing subalignment between Jailor and Vigilante.

Yes, althoug its imposible to make jailor balanced without removing the "jailor" part

whats the difference between 2 and 3 exes? Not much. If jailor gets exe happy he usually loses his executes anyway.... he can still RB tho
