Player Already Reported Bug

Not much to say for this one, nor any leads.

I went to report a player (IGN "Tilted") while in a match, but I got the popup saying I already reported them (see: https://i.gyazo.com/62e4ce1b14c0b244b8b ... 256e9b.png ).
However, I hadn't already reported them (or anyone else).

Specifically of note is that there's no confirmation message of a report being filed.

Usually when I get that message in means I've reported them in an earlier match
There really was no light in my room and I really couldn't see my keyboard

I'd figured this was a possibility, but I hadn't been checking the usernames of those I'd recently reported so I had no way to be sure (I also ended up forgetting to check the endgame screen so I didn't get "Tilted"'s username anyway, lol).
Would've been useful information ;/

True, but then it'd still be a bug. :D
