I referred a friend and paid for their account and didnt get my referral coins. Did u change the system again or did I possibly do something wrong? If its wrong can i get my money back and try it again?

Did they sign up your accountname as referrer in the registration form?
No reply to your support ticket after 15 business days? PM me with your ticket number.

They did put my account name in there. Even had the referral codes but they didn't work at all.

Could you name the acount of your friend, so we could have it checked?

They didn't fill in your name as the referrer when creating their account, they only used the code for the 5 free games.
