For three days, i am facing with this error when i am trying to open the game in Steam.
First, i have internet connection for sure.
Secondly, i tried to close and re-open the game hundreds of times.
Thirdly, i re-installed the game 4 times.
And lastly, i can play the game from my phone so is there any maintenance?

Well, it worked so thanks a lot, but when i will be able to play the game from my region preferences?

Soon, hopefully. The Devs have found a local fix and are testing to see if it holds up.

@adamyellowish, thanks for your bug report. This issue should now be resolved in release 3.1.8. We also have release 3.1.9 coming out shortly which fixes a related issue specific to our Turkish players. Thanks again, and happy hanging!
