Unity Codes for Refer-a-Friend Not Working

Hello viewer, I would like to report my Refer-a-Friend's code no longer work. They did at one point, with me having one friend use one. Now I have 24 left over codes that don't work. If it helps, my IGN: NoSkillJustJosh.

What exactly would not work with the Refer-a-Friend system in unity? Could you elaborate more?
Also, I'd like to tell you that you could also login with your game account to the forums, using the same logincredentials than you use ingame (unless you purchased a namechange and it only worked for the game account).
