I might have been not clean when I said you need to figure out the solution. You are not fixed to the moment when I ended the post. You are allowed to back track to the start of that post. That power you have in this kind of situations.

George remain silent in the rest of the way. You two catch up Liliann the place where the duel (never) happened.
George puts you down and runs toward Liliann. Liliann is shocked and tries to avoid George. George understands the fear Liliann has and does not go any closer.
This is the moment the woman appears.
???:Please help. I'm starving.
George insist that you should check on her while she tries to calm Liliann down.
You don't have much choice than go to her. She seems weak.
But the moment you are close enough she jumps at you.

Dodge her then hit her really hard

"I know you're a vampire and you're really hungry but please calm down, lives are at stake and I will not allow anyone to die."

You open your eyes you know this is the crucial moment.
As she jumps at you you know how she attacks so you easily dodge her attempt.
However hitting her seems not so effective. She hears you as you states she is a vampire.

She clearly mistook you with something else. She looks at you as she grabs your neck. You see her unemotional face as she strangle you with her demonic strength.

George can take only one person with himself.

You dodged her attack and started to run. Despite the fact you know she has demonic powers. George and Liliann understand the situation and follows you almost immediately. She runs after you with incredible speed it seems she you can not outrun her but she is really weak and when she would reach Liliann, Liliann screams but the vampire is slowing down and you make the distance between you bigger and bigger.
George turn to you: "Why we don't fight with her? She is weak and it would be a three versus one?"

You know Spires and the other George heard Liliann's scream and if you stop fighting Spires could interpret the situation the wrong way. Or they even would kill the vampire to protect the three of you.

You dealt the situation and all 4 of you is alive at the moment.
You can choose to follow this route or figure out something else to deal with the vampire.
(Whichever you choose to other route will closed off until you finish/fail your corrent route)

You know that George (the archangel?), Liliann and the lizardman are monsters.
You know that (the other) George and Spires are monster hunters.
You know the name of Gida, and Aneverd.
(You cannot give instruction as the leader to those whose name you don't know yet unless they have some special trait like the lizardman)
Wait... As you look around you don't see Liliann in the room.

You noticed as well that the vampire clearly overpower the two of you as well.
When she would submit the final blow on George Liliann step between them and the vampire hits her head.
You see the confused face on the vampire as she slowly turns into stone.
The vampire still turning into stone. You have time to ask her some question.
Liliann had no luck neither. You can't see her face because of blood. The vampire's strike was strong enough to break her skull.
She lies in George's lap as he checks her breathe and her pulse.
He shakes his head with tears in his eyes. He looks at you.
George: "Please. Before you abandon this choice of you. Please. Ends my suffering as I can't go back in time with you."
You know he is right. But you know as well you don't have the power to finish the work of the vampire.
You need to find an other way.

You are forced to take this route after the encounter with the vampire.
(even if it is not matching with the objective of your solution.)

George is too depressed to answer your questions although he knows you can see other timelines.

"Yes, Vampire. I'm an overseer and I can travel between timelines to find the best one, the one we all get out of this alive. Knowing your name makes me better prepared to encounter you in other timelines"

"I have tried other routes before. You ended up strangling and killing me, so I tried subduing you"

Her arms and legs are completely petrified. Half of her torso as well.
You know she does not lie about the starving part.
However you are not sure you can trust her or not.

She bites into your wrist and drinks. The petrifaction slowing down as she gains power. When it stops she let your hand.
Skar: "there are very little which can reverse petrifaction. Sadly, my power is not among them. At least I have a little time..."
You did not noticed when George come to you two.
George: "You killed her. You don't deserve more time."
George's eyes are burning with hatred in them as he grabs after Skar's neck.

He push you away easily. He is a monster as well.
You land on the ground as he turns back to Skar.
George: "Petrifaction is a slow dead. But painless. I want her to suffer."
He raises Skar up which is quite incredible since half of her body turned already in a heavy stone.
You can see as Skar's calm face turn into fear as she see that George can put her up from the ground.
Skar: "YOU DON'T DARE."
Skar cant struggle as her arms and legs are already stone but you clearly see as she trying to do so.
