I dont know, but the ability that can be used in any phase is pretty dangerous.
(I am pretty sure there is only one core role with this kind of restriction.)

Everyone has sent in their gifts. However, as the last I saw the vote count, it's currently tied between Dragon and Dog. Because of this, the execution target willbe determined by rng when we return
