I think I found an important clue, but I have no idea how it fits into the locked room...

Thorus was killed in the dining room according to the gameboard. His body was moved into the kitchen somehow.
The killer moved Thorus's body into the kitchen after killing him. The evidence that proves it is the bloody white gloved mentioned in the "When the seagulls cry" post. The killer's glove was bloodied when he moved Thorus afterwards.
