Technetium wrote:(Well I figure in Iso's case the main effects would be:
-Possibly having components providing extra functions removed while in storage, though everything needed to start up and run is still there
-Appearing, visually, to have deteriorated, with dust on external surfaces, as well a few of the external plating pieces, being unpainted unlike the rest, having begun to rust, though this would probably not significantly affect performance
-Reduction in maximum battery capacity, though this would bring it down from its original capacity, whatever it was, to the starting value of 100.
After all, being stored powered off means nothing's doing anything, and most of the stuff is electric or electronic, not like, say, a car, which wouldn't store so well with stuff like fuel and lubricants going bad, tires, seals, and hoses drying out and cracking, and so on...actually, hm...)
New protocols located.
External devices re-enabled.

Standard issue military sidearm. Your chance of hitting is (95-5*(Distance in Spaces/2+E.PRV-PRC)%. Attempting to shoot an enemy next to you will halve your hit chance. You may choose to aim for a specific part of an enemy in order to hit a vital part or bypass their armor, taking a -30% penalty to your hit chance. Firing the gun as an Extra Action will also incur a -30% penalty. On a hit, deals 5 damage.
