There will be a strict no posting rule during Policy Enactment phases. Prod timers will be paused. For all intents and purposes, treat them as Night phases.
Also, just as a personal request: when PMing me a vote, please indicate in your title somewhere that it is a vote, so that I do not open it early mistaking it for a question. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have realized that would get confusing.

because it leaves only fascist policies in the pile. if we get 2 fas 1 lib or 2 lib 1 fas that still leaves a lot of lib in the pile to play in later rounds

How about this, everyone?
Because you can end Government Phase collectively whenever you feel like it, how about I extend those to 24 hours now, and 48 after Hitler Zone?
Policy Enactment Phases will last 24 hours, with the first and final 12 split between the President and Chancellor- but whenever either of them decides what to do with their policies, I skip their portion of the phase after they submit their action?
That way, everyone has their window for action without the game taking an unnecessary amount of time when actions have already been decided.

I appeared to pick my cards though, I had 2 fascist and one liberal.
Why multiple liberals are bad:
Not always best to force a liberal to be played. Discarding a liberal in a 2(liberal)-1(fascist) presidential hand means you can force a fascist to work against their goal or risk revealling their role.
Also, there's a lot less liberal cards than fascist cards, so the best possible cards to get as president is 2 fascist and one liberal. Having multiple liberal cards means you're going to get 3 fascists at some point.
