Spoiler:
THE SITE IS EXPIERIENCING MULTIPLE KETER EUCLID LEVEL CONTAINMENT BREACHES. FULL SITE LOCKDOWN INITIATED.
The facility has plunged into chaos. For unknown reasons, multiple SCP containment cells were opened, allowing the dangerous anomalies to roam free. The MTF was immediately assigned to the facility to contain the escaped SCPs, but there was more trouble brewing. During the madness, the Class-D cells were also opened, and all the inmates began scurrying out of control, desperate to claw their way to freedom.
Amidst the chaos, one figure watched in disappointment. After entering the facility, they discovered the true greed and ambition of humanity. They had made a grave mistake coming here... it was time to set things right.

And for a moment, time stopped flowing.

"Wake up", a voice cried as multiple people came to their senses. They found themselves in the facility, but something was... off. It was quiet. Too quiet. There should be people wandering about, performing their daily schedule. But... all they could hear was the sweet yet bitter sound of silence. "Where are we?" asked an individual. "No where", replied a voice. "And everywhere." Everyone looked at the back of the room to see a floating figure. "You're...", one of the humans couldn't get the words out. They all knew exactly who stood in front of them.
The entity shook their head. "Humanity has always been driven by their own selfish desires... due to this, they have failed to see the light in everything. The meaning of life." They would pause before continuing. "I know everything may seem a little weird right now, but I assure you, everything will become clear in time. I have disguised you all as humans in order to conceal your identity. You're all going to be playing a... game, of sorts. However, I would rather call it...

...a test."

Basics:
Spoiler: - The game ends when there is only one remaining faction alive, along with anyone who can win with said faction.
- It is possible to win the game beforehand.
- At the start of the game, every player is given a role.
- A random player will be chosen as the Site Director. This will be publicly revealed.
- The Site Director is given three ways to win, and must make their choice before the game begins. The first way they can win is by successfully guessing everyone's role. (As there are literally more than a thousand possibilities, this could potentially be extremely difficult.) The second way they can win is by choosing to side with a certain faction (Safe, Euclid or Keter SCPs, D Class personnel or a random Department/Armed Unit (they shall be notified who they are aligned with.) The third way they can win is by being the last person standing, successfully killing everyone. Once the Site Director has made their choice, they cannot change it again.
- SCPs typically can only win with each other if they possess the same object class, however their may be some exceptions to this. For example, an SCP may be unable to win with anyone or can win with a specific role.
- D Class personnel may win with each other, and they may possess some allies. Otherwise, everyone else is their enemy.
- The Scientific Department, Medical Department and MTF units win together. All other Groups of Interest have their own win conditions that remain private.
- SCPs may be able to rise in object classes. Should this happen, they will also gain more powerful abilities.
- D Class personnel will be given objects that will greatly benefit them.
- Departments and Armed Units usually possess killing or information abilities.

Roles in play:
Spoiler: - That comes down to you. Upon joining the game, please select whether you want an SCP, D Class personnel or Department/Armed Unit. Send your choice to me via PM. If you choose an SCP, please select one between -002 and -999. If you are selecting a Department or Armed Unit, please select one from the list below. There are no special requirements for selecting a D Class personnel.
- Upon the selection of a role, that role will be added into the pool. This means that you are not guaranteed to get the role you choose, and will most likely get the role that someone else picked.
- Depending on what players choose, the basics may change and win conditions may be altered.
- If it is impossible for at least one person to win, I will ask everyone to send new choices.

Departments/Armed Units:
Spoiler: Scientific Department
Medical Department
MTF Unit
Chaos Insurgency
Serpent's Hand
Global Occult Coalition
GRU Division "P"
The Black Queen

Phases:
The game has three phases. Each phase lasts 48 hours.

Breach Phase:
- The game starts off on this phase.
- During the phase, players will vote on a player to be executed by the strange entity.
- When a majority is decided, the chosen player will immediately die.
- Majority is always 50%. Once half the players are unable to vote, the majority will increase to 50% plus one.
- During the first Breach Phase, the chosen player will not die, rather their role will be revealed to the public.

Containment Phase:
- During this phase, everyone will return to their cells.
- If you have a Containment ability, now is the time to use it.
- If there are any chats, players will be allowed to use them at this time.

Work Phase:
- This phase is used to discuss the abilities that the Site Director will be allowed to have.
- Players will PM me an ability from a list of abilities that I will post.
- As players become unable to vote, the list will decrease in size.
- The three highest chosen abilities will be shown before the Site Director. They will have 24 hours to decide which ability they want.
- Once they have made their decision, that ability goes into their vault and the game cycles back to Breach Phase.
- The Site Director may use any ability that they have stored within their vault at any time.
- The Site Director cannot choose the same ability twice in a row and once the ability is used twice, it cannot be used again.

Site Manager:
???

Vault:
???

Options:
1. Epsilon-11 Nine Tailed Fox: Kill two random players. One is an SCP, the other is a Department/Armed Unit. If there are no SCPs and/or Departments/Armed Units then a random D Class personnel is chosen.
2. White Drop: This may activate some abilities for SCPs. Otherwise the Breach Phase can end when the Site Director says so, with the person with the highest vote count being executed.
3. Dog Track: This may activate some abilities for SCPs. Otherwise the Breach Phase can end when the Site Director says so, with the top two highest voted players being executed.
4. Red Fox: This may activate some abilities for SCPs. Otherwise the Site Manager can kill a player during the Containment Phase.
5. Bullet: The Site Director may shoot somebody during the Breach Phase. This can change the majority.
6. Lockdown: The Site Director may lock someone's door during the Containment Phase, preventing them from performing an action during the Containment or Breach Phases.
7. Containment Breach: The Site Director may look at somebody's role. If they are an SCP, they may be given a powerful ability.
8. Fade Out: Nobody will die this Containment or Breach Phase.
9. Blackout: Two players will die during the Breach Phase and at least one player must die during the Containment Phase or a random player will die.
10. Personnel Report: It is revealed how many players of a certain level are alive. For example, there are two D Class, one Keter, one Safe and a Serpent's Hand unit alive: It is revealed that 2 D Class, one Safe and one Keter SCP and a Department/Armed Unit is alive.
11. Back to Life: The Site Director can choose to bring back a player for two Containment Phases at any time. This can be done once.
