I can't join the PTR. I've tried everyday since the patch was released for it. I guess this could do with why I've heard that the PTR isn't getting many players, but I'm not sure.

Can you login to the live server successfully using your browser?

If you mean the normal ToS game, then yes, I can join it. I just can't join the PTR.

Pushing this since I have the same problem. I can log into the normal game, but not PTR, I just get the message OP already posted.
