"Error connecting to server.Please try again later."

I've encountered this error for about 2 weeks and I still can't play on the public test server.I tried to clear my caches,to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player,to change the browser and it still doesn't work.This error keeps getting me down.Any solution? I would be grateful

It was working fine for me yesterday but I'm now getting the same error.
