When I was a jailor (and maybe same other roles, but I am not sure), I hadnt any option for writing death note.
When I turn the game into full screen mode, it starts freezing after same time, I get ca 1 frame per 2-5 seconds, making the game unplayable.

The missing deathnote is intended and not a bug.
Not sure what could've caused the fullscreen issue though, thanks for reporting that.
