Pestilence bug?

I was in a game and infected everyone who was alive, however I never turned to Pestilence the night I infected everyone and died the next night to Arso, unable to do anything in the night.

First and second image showing who I infected, I was in a hurry and did a double screenshot but I did infect Taemin and the same night I infected Taemin, Nikki left the game.
Third and Fourth image is showing I can't do anything at night and died to Arso.
