Purchases from Normal TOS aren't transferring to Coven

My first purchases (first pet, house, and skin) all transferred from "normal" to "coven," but everything else, like my most recent purchases, all seem to be missing

This is because the PTR--the testing version of the game, where the Coven DLC is currently up for testing--and the live(normal) version are different. The Devs sync your PTR and live accounts, but it's not an automatic thing. That means until one of them does it again, your purchases wont transfer to the PTR.

When logged into my primary account I have skins/houses/pets ect ect but when I log into the Test Realm I do not have any of it, and it treats my account as if its brand new (Getting noobie achievements over again)

--Is anyone else experiencing this issue and how did you fix it? I would like to be building on my Elo and adding to my current gold amount on my real account. Other players are able to use their real stuff and no one ive seen in-game has seen this issue.

This is because your accounts have not been synced after you bought the items.
Your PTR account is a different one than youre live one, thus no items you buy there will transfer over to live. Sometimes the accounts are synced, transferring your live accoutns current state onto the PTR, but those syncing processes do nto happen automatically.

Honestly it doesn't matter. The PTR copies from the live version, but it's not a two way street.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. When being brought to the coven expansion testing I noticed that none of my account's saved data such as houses, player skins, pets, or even the amount of currency I had was transferred to the client.

When I went to play I noticed that everyone else had kept their saved data. Over the course of about 3 games I asked everyone if they were having the same issues, none of them seemed to of had this problem. I sure that this is just a small error in

the testing and that when the final product is released this is somehow resolved. If there is a simple thing that I may do or I am missing I would greatly appreciate any the help. The overall expansion is great and I love all of the new roles, I

give my highest regards to all who worked on making this so. I just figured a bug like this would be something that you would want to be brought to your attention.
